Moving

Typepad has served me well as a blogging platform for many years, and I feel somewhat nostalgic at the prospect of leaving; however, the advantages of Wordpress are substantial enough that they have finally outweighed both nostalgia and loyalty, and thus I will not be renewing my Typepad subscription when it falls due in ten days' time.

Future blogging,when I eventually get round to doing any, will be at http://www.goodenoughmummy.wordpress.com (I thought I'd keep the old name for nostalgia's sake). I'm pleased to say that past blogging is already there, as I've been able to transfer my content; I've even put my old Blogger posts on there for good measure. (That blog's still staying up, since it's free, but I figured I might as well put all my past posts in one place since I had the option, and it's also nice to have the record in case Blogger ever do decide to pull the plug.) 

This is all something of a moot point at the moment since I have no immediate plans to get back to blogging more regularly, but it's on my horizon and I'll do it eventually. When I do, that will be where you'll find it.
